Casting the Vision Part Three

The reason the people were in Egypt is because they wanted to worship God their way. They were disobedient. They also turned to foreign and pagan gods. It is worth saying here what does the word pagan really mean?  Pagan means “without God.”
The “goyim” are all the nations that didn’t follow the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. The understanding is that if you weren’t in covenant with the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob you were considered to be a heathen or pagan nation. Also know as a gentile. It is all about the identity.

In Exodus chapter 34, God was renewing his covenant with the people of Israel even before their release out of slavery in Egypt.
This was spoken to Moses to write down for the people during his forty days in the presence of God. All the instruction was given with the covenant.

Back to Joshua. We know that God was giving Joshua instruction in chapter three regarding the enemies on and in the land. God was going to chase out the Canaanites, the Hittites, the Hivites, the Perizzites, the Girgashites, the Amorites and the Jebusites.
Today we know this as the Seven Mountain understanding of taking back our culture.
Several current ministers have brought this out in Scripture.

So with renewing our covenant relationship with God he is giving us authority to take back the land. Why? Because we are obedient to God. I call this the obedient generation.
Now this has nothing to do with AGE. It has to do with all that are alive today.
You always have the opportunity to accept God’s ways.

This which I am writing of course is just an over view. I am trying to keep it simple.

After they were healed from the circumcision, there is reference to the way their provision changed in the way it had been given. It quite simply stopped. And then everything was grown and eaten from Canaan.

Joshua Chapter 5 vs 10-12

10While the people of Israel were encamped at Gilgal, they kept the Passover on the fourteenth day of the month in the evening on the plains of Jericho. 11And the day after the Passover, on that very day, they ate of the produce of the land, unleavened cakes and parched grain. 12And the manna ceased the day after they ate of the produce of the land. And there was no longer manna for the people of Israel, but they ate of the fruit of the land of Canaan that year.

So after Passover they entered the land of Canaan. The promised land.

Now the Covenant Box or Ark of the Covenant carried the Shekinah or God’s presence.
It also represented the Kingdom of God or Kingdom of Heaven.(There are many more imageries here about what it represents but I might do this at another time. It also refers to the BRIDE) We know that the Ark carried the tablets Moses wrote on. Also the rod of Aaron. And a bowl of Manna. The power of God was being carried into the Promised Land and was in front of the people as they followed it. (Joshua Chapter 4)

We know that if we are obedient he will fight the battles for us. When we are in the Promised Land we will have less resistance because HE will fight the battles. His presence will go ahead of us. In Joshua chapter 6 he went ahead by carrying the presence. The Ark of the Covenant went with them in battle. This is to establish the Kingdom here on earth.

Now you may say we already know about the presence and He will fight the battle... however we are not keeping covenant with him. We are allowing man made traditions rule our lives. That is part of the faulty foundation.

If we are going to establish His Kingdom and take back the land we have to do it HIS WAY.

Casting the Vision Part Two by Sharon Luzzi

Welcome to the next part of Casting the Vision.

Many years ago I had a young man about 28 years old weeping in
front of me.
He had known me for several years already and I had come to know his
family.
His parents and siblings loved God. We were at church in the middle of a
mini conference and worshipping the Lord when he came up to me. What
he said is the basis for what I am going to bring before you.

He said to me” Sharon you have a message for my generation and
you have to give the message.” He immediately started speaking to me
in fluent hebrew and I replied back in fluent hebrew. I had no idea what
he said and neither did he know what I had said. I did know the
message he was speaking of. I will share part of what that is here in this
note.

I know that the generation of about 35 and down will receive the
message that the Lord wants to give his people.I know they have left
church by the droves and are done with what currently exists in the
current church. I have talked to many and they want the real deal. They
want God. They do not want all of the agendas and man made ways.
I am not here to bash anyone or any ministry but I am here to tell you
what the church is doing isn’t working. Again there are great ministries
doing a great work co-laboring with God.
They have had enough of every agenda, program and everything that
doesn’t point toward God. They are tired of the ever changing culture
that mocks God. They know that the viewpoint handed down to them is
broken and not working. (Traditions of men. Look and read Mark chapter
7) Quite honestly this is not
about a revival. This about going back to the intended and original
foundation that does produce God as he really is.

Revival the way it is portrayed today is reviving something that has no
life, something dead. What if you are reviving something that is not the
right foundation? They want the correct foundation. The foundation is
man made and it is imperfect and broken.
God is looking to build on the right foundation that is not made with
human hands.
The main ingredient is obedience to the ways of God.

In the book of Joshua the sons of the men were circumcised who
were not circumcised in the desert. The men of fighting age died before
they could come into the promised land because of the disobedience to
the command of the Lord. After they were healed (Joshua Chapter 5 vs 8)
starting in verse 9 “The Lord said to Joshua”Today I have removed from
you the disgrace of being slaves in Egypt.” That is why this place was
named Gilgal, the name still has it.”

We have robbed this generation of their promise by giving them a
faulty foundation.
Steering them away from obedience to the word of God and how he has
wanted to be worshipped. Man has tried to focus the glory on himself.
Yeshua never promoted himself. If we are to imitate God, become like
him .What are we doing in our current houses of worship.? Much of what
is
done is a copy of worldly things to attract people.

I am going to shift into the Covenant Box. Part of casting this vision is
having a people ready to serve God and his Kingdom. Understanding
how His Kingdom operates is essential to operating in it ourselves. We
have spent tons of time learning how church works. We need to
understand how the Kingdom works.

God says today he is calling you out of Egypt.

For the last two years, I have been hearing the Lord say“on earth as it is
in heaven.’

My understanding is that God is literally bringing the Kingdom of
heaven to earth.
Here is the prayer God told us to pray. Matthew 6 starting with verse
five.

5 “And when you pray, you must not be like the hypocrites. For they love
to stand and pray in the synagogues and at the street corners, that they
may be seen by others. Truly, I say to you, they have received their
reward. 6But when you pray, go into your room and shut the door and
pray to your Father who is in secret. And your Father who sees in secret
will reward you. 7 “And when you pray, do not heap up empty phrases as
the Gentiles do, for they think that they will be heard for their many
words. 8Do not be like them, for your Father knows what you need
before you ask him. 9Pray then like this:

“Our Father in heaven,
hallowed be your name.
10 Your kingdom come,
your will be done,
on earth as it is in heaven.
11 Give us this day our daily bread,
12 and forgive us our debts,
as we also have forgiven our debtors.
13 And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.

14 For if you forgive others their trespasses, your heavenly Father will
also forgive you, 15but if you do not forgive others their trespasses,
neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.

In this short passage we see doing God’s will and on earth as it is in
heaven.
We have a charge to do it his way. We have missed the heart of God.

I will post this now and continue with the covenant box

CASTING THE VISION

Tuesday, February 17, 2015

I am casting the vision for the people today so they should not perish.

God’s heart for his people is to flourish and participate in his Kingdom. We have to believe he is bringing forth his Kingdom. We have been practicing or rehearsing for this day at hand.
We currently have crossed over the threshold to the unknown ( Chapter 2 in Joshua). We know that the people were terrified of the new land because the spies except two came back with a bad report. God had an unlikely person, Rahab the prostitute take in the spies for safekeeping. What the spies didn’t understand was they were terrifying the people of the land. In the following scripture we see this: Chapter 2 vs 8-10. “Before the spies settled down for the night, Rahab went up on the roof and said to them” I know that the Lord has given you this land. Everyone in the country is terrified of you. We have heard how the Lord dried up the Red sea in front of you when you were leaving Egypt.”
I am going to stop right here to continue to cast the vision. Many of us have left Egypt and been cleaned up of the worldly things that have tried to attach those things to us. We were commanded as in Chapter One to have great courage and be obedient.
It says we will be prosperous and successful. You see when we abide by the way of the world we are limited.  We do not have true liberty in the way of the world. The word Egypt means a place of constriction. The hebrew word tsuwr is the root word for Egypt meaning the following:
to bind, besiege, cramp, confine, secure, shut in, shut up, enclose, to show hostility,be an adversary and treat as foe. These terms all point to being a slave. The slaves of Egypt. A slave to the way of the world. Some of you might be wondering that’s too hard to  come into the Kingdom of heaven. I say to you this day tell God yes and come as you are.

The true liberty is being obedient to the ways of God. It is never what WE think.
Man has made everything too complicated and too hard. We just need to follow what God has put down for the foundation. When we are carrying God’s image and his ways we will terrify the world because he will show them who we are. He made a distinction between his people and the people left in Egypt.

Exodus Chapter 11 vs 7

But not a dog shall growl against any of the people of Israel, either man or beast, that you may know that the LORD makes a distinction between Egypt and Israel.'

The Hebrew word palah means separated out or a difference.

We have to come out of Egypt (not look like the world) to prosper and be successful.

God is and has been calling his people to come out and do things his way.

For my thoughts are not your thoughts,
neither are your ways my ways, declares the LORD.

Isaiah 55:8

God is getting ready to fulfill his promises to his obedient people.
This is the generation who is obedient to his word. They will see his promises and the promised land.

I will finish casting the vision in another note.
